Do-it-yourselfers are in demand here when it comes to making optimal use of the available space in the vehicle with an individual subwoofer housing shape.
The three systems K 8W, K 10W and K 12W are technically absolutely identical to the chassis used in the K housing woofers.
A look at the Thiele / Small parameters lets the expert immediately see that they are perfectly designed for compact bass reflex and closed constructions and leave enough leeway when choosing the individual sound characteristics.
If you want to be on the safe side, simply follow our recommendations in the technical data with regard to net volume, tunnel tuning frequency and DSP settings, and you are guaranteed to achieve excellent bass performance.
